Parking: great parking, ample spaces for each building, no assigned spots, well lit

Maintenance: great maintenance staff, very fast on responding to tenant needs

Construction: no new construction, aptartments not too old

Noise: none, very quiet neighborhood. no noise from traffic, sirens, only occasional plane noise from bwi

Grounds: very well maintained and well landscaped

Safety: not a real concern, quiet neighborhood and lots of cops live on the same street

Office Staff: here's the drawback... probably the worst office staff i've dealt with

Overall: a very nice place to live, great neighbors, quiet and safe. just be prepared to have lots of money before you move in. security deposit, NON-refundable holding deposit, NON-refundable pet deposit. once you move in, expect to never be able to get in touch with the office staff. there office hours are worse than banks (mon-fri 8am-4:30pm with an average lunch from 11-1)plus they hardly ever answer the phone. when you move out, be prepared to fight tooth and nail for a pro-rated rent for your last month.
