The apt I rented was nice, BUT, don't have a problem that requires the manager's input. She is clueless and rude, if you are able to catch her in the office! Beware of DOGGY DOO everywhere, and the dumpsters always had as much trash outside of them as inside. The light in the parking lot a go out too often, & takes too long to be repaired. This does not seem to bother the mgmt. The rent was just slightly below everywhere else, which made the mgr think we should be happy to tolerate her incompetence...

i happen to live in same development and agree there is lots of dog -doo and trash not in dumpsters . however in all fairness to Mngt. , it is NOT her doing the offences , it is the rude , lazy , arrogant residents [maybe you ] , that is leaving it . the mngt. has sent letters to all residents addressing this situation AFTER she has her maintenance men clean up YOUR trash and dog-poo . i am an eyewitness to residents doing these offences NOT mangt.maybe you should go live somewhere that doesnt allow DOGS .
