We moved here two years ago and have been very happy. The apartments are nice, spacious, and pretty quiet. We can occasionally hear the people upstairs or beside us, but it's definitely not loud or often enough to be bothersome. The few maintenance requests we have had to report have been taken care of promptly, often the same day. The rent is reasonable for the area.
I'm not sure why a previous review stated that this apartment complex is not for couples with children. We have a young child and think its a wonderful neighborhood for families. The area is nice enough that we often take her out to play, ride her bike, or go to the pool and we are in walking or short driving distance from the library, elementary school, and a great public park.
Our complaints are minimal: yes, it can be hard to get in touch with the office staff by phone, but it's such a small community that its easy to just walk over to the leasing office and talk to the staff there (who I have have found to be very polite and helpful). I would also like to see people clean up after their dogs when they walk them, but that's about all in the complaints department.
I would highly recommend Orchard Club apartments! Apartment living is never perfect, but we have found these apartments to be the best of any that we have lived at or researched.
