what is going on with orchard club' i never thought i would see this place go ghetto. i think mngt. and family that live and work here has influenced the maintenence staff to just run amok like them. everyone , from upper mngt. to lower maint. have completely gone buck wild . there are no rules , no privacy, meaning when you go to office , no matter what time , there are SO MANY people hanging out in club house, office , etc. you are too intimadated to complain on anyone or anything as they are all friends and look out for each other.they talk about residents , staff, armiger , nothing is sacred . mgnt. family is thruout the property and i have personnally heard them say " oh no , thats family and you dont mess with family or ill F you up . residents that dont like rules and regulations are all for this group as they can do what they want also and have no fear of eviction . someone please help !!!! i was told if you dont give name on a complaint , armiger doesnt believe what you say . i am afraid to give my name . someone please read this and fix the problem. please

As of orchard Club. I have lived here for 5 years and I have never heard of such complaint!! I would tell anyone to move here! It's great.... schools right down the street. The place is always clean. so the crazy person who wrote this has no idea what there talking about.

i used to complain about the residents who lived in government subsidized apartments, every building has a few, who pay according to their incomes yet had boyfriends living with them whose income was not considered and the office always told me that their was nothing they could do and turned a blind eye. I even tried calling the Department of Housing, to no avail. FRAUDS are welcomed at OC. In the meantime, the people that pay regular rates get the highest increase every year.
