I have lived at ORCHARD CLUB FOR ABOUT 3 YEARS . ALL WHAT I CAN SAY THAT IT IS ONE OF THE BEST APARTMENTS THAT IN MD .ALSO I can say that since the new manager has taken over ABOUT 6 MONTH ago, it has been a much nicer place to be. The office THE STAF AND THE MAINTENANCE THEY ARE VERE GOOD .THEY ARE TRAYING THERE BEST TO HELP EVERE ONE .OVER ALL THE PLACE IS #1 .AND IF THE STAFE IN THERE WILL STAY THAT WILL MAKE IT STAY AT THE TOP .IT IS NOT A GHETTO AND THEY WILL NOT ALLOW IT TO BE ONE
