We just moved out after staying there for one year. It was a big surprise when we received the check for the full amount of our deposit, in fact, with $20 interest. Because we did leave some soot stains on the wall of the living room (once forgot to open flu when using the fireplace). Never had any problem with parking. Safe neighborhood. I did see some reviews about that the apartment management is undermanned and it's hard to reach anybody in the office by phone. But as soon as we moved in, we felt it wasn't that big of a deal since you would be paying for the staff's extended hours anyways and I'd rather enjoy the lower rental that Orchard Club has to offer. Staff members are friendly and informative.
Now we have moved to a town home community a couple miles away. I really miss the time that we spent in the pool last summer there. Would be great if there's a program for former tenants to use the pool and hang out with old neighbors.
