I've lived here for 4 months now, can't voice a single complaint about noise, if there are young people outside they are polite and well behaved. There is little trash on the community and overall the landscape is very well maintained. I've had minimal maintenance requests, however, they offer a timely response (especially for an accidental lock out!). Compared to other communities in Howard County, the rent and utilities are incredibly reasonable. I work in the Property Management industry and believe Orchard Club is well maintained and a great place to live.
