I lived here in 1996. The apartmets were good. (About what you pay for) There were roof leak problems, but always taken care of quickly. The grounds were always nice and taken care of. The volleyball court was great. However, you could tell that the three bedroom buildings in the back of the property near the interstate were not as well taken care of because they were so far from the office. The parking has always been a problem, even 10 years ago. Some things never change. You just can't add more parking to the site plan. If you can get a carport, I strongly suggest paying the extra money for a reserved parking space.

What a difference a decade makes! It took 3 phone calls over a 2 week period before the leak in the roof over our master bed was finally fixed. Don't blame maintenance one bit: good people who are over-worked and under-staffed. But JPI doesn't know their a** from their elbows.
