Mostly great

I've been here for 2 1/2 years, no major problems.
Office staff has been great, maintenance has been prompt and effective. Parking is definitely scarce, and the visitor parking is neither uniformly nor regularly enforced.
My location is very quiet, although planes fly overhead occasionally. Apartments near the perimeter and in back tend to be in worse condition and suffer more from freeway noise.
The snow plows often leave 2-3 foot piles in back of your car. Very annoying.
One set of dumpsters for the entire complex, though I luckily live near (but not so near that I get that nasty stink in the summer). Most people just pile their bags in the car and drop them off on their way to work in the morning.
The business and fitness centers are nothing to write home about. Just get a computer & cable internet, and buy a treadmill or something. (Trust me, you'll appreciate it in the winter!)
I haven't experienced any problems with rent, though it's worth noting I always pay on time and have never missed a payment. My rent has gone up $50 each year--about 5%. They won't let you pay by debit or credit card, which annoys me because I have a cash back card that would make me over $100 a year. Oh well. (I also get a $50/month "pay-on-time" rent concession, strong motivation for getting that check in!)
Be careful if you are offered a steep discount on a certain unit. A friend of mine got offered less on a 2-bed than I was offered on my 1-bed, and a year later her and her boyfriend's cars had both been keyed multiple times, the hallway outside always smelled like smoke, and they had recurrent ant problems. If it's too good to be true...
