Bad property management & bad customer service

The new assistant property manager has a callous attitude. She is extremely unprofessional and the other staff is just as bad. One lady staff member kept yaking on her cellphone on a personal phone call while I was kept waiting in the office for 15 minutes. There was nobody else in the office and this was on a workday. The assistant property manager made me wait an hour to sign my lease and after waiting for an hour I was told to come back the next day. The customer service has gone down drastically. I would not consider this apartment community either for a lease renewal or a new lease.
