Management would not properly take care of the problem even thought the neightboors and I went back to them multiple times. They also gave me a hard time when I tried to switch to another apartment.

The apartments are not well designed, the walls are too thin and the air conditioners are right under the bedroom window.

I do not recommend this complex.

When one is deciding upon an apartment community to reside, one should do a little research on the sound proofing, on exterminating procedures and on the location of ac units. You should never move into a community that is not brand new expecting brand new features and/or amenities. You had issues moving because you expected everything to be free and that's not how it works in a business world......right?.....Let's Keep It Real! :)

How do you know what the exterminating procedures are anyway? I had cockroaches in my apt. for 6 months (this permeated buildings 4-5). I didn't expect "brand new features or amenities" just a decent apartment where I didn't have to wake up to roaches running across my kitchen counter.
