I've been living at Sherwood Crossing for a little over 2 years. The new staff has been really nice and proactive in trying to handle problems. I know the transition period was a little rough, because they sent me a letter saying I owed rent from September but it was handled in an efficient manner. The computers just didn't transfer the information. The assistant manager researched it and took care of the problem. Also, they got a new pest control company! That was really great because the old one didn't do anything!!!!!!!
