I find this sooooooooooo funny... How do you guys know each other?- Bottom line Sherwood Crossing sucks... I moved here in late August 06' and my husband and I are looking for a house. There dog policy sucks. We have a bulldog that loves children (we have two yr old)and thought this was pet friendly... Definatly learned our lesson! He lives with my mom and Im heartbroken. I know other people have pits or pit mixes and they live here but we are not ones to brake rules.You guys better hide your dogs (check the notice on your door) Now theres a mandatory inspection in every apartment?! They don't even tell you the reasoning.... This place doesn't surprise me a bit. Anyone who wants to rent here, looks are very decieving and once they got you in they don't care how they treat you... I bet next they will come up with a damn fee for having a fish tank or something. Anything that they can suck out of you they will. Don't live here if you want stuff fixed or if you like ten min showers. Hot water won't last. Electric bill not covered when the heatpump won't cut off. Yes parking blows. Snow removal sucks. I have a bran new 06' accord and they pile snow behind it so I can't back out. I wanna here from anyone who might know what to do or knows more about this dump.

Who cares about what kind of car you drive? You're not the only one in the world who has ever been plowed in. Wait until you do buy a house and the county guys plow your driveway in just after you shovel and salt. I believe Howard County has a regulation against Pit Bulls or any Pit mixes. You cannot blame the management for that. Next time you buy or rent, make sure you check local regulations, and property policies on which pet breeds are allowed. I too received the notice about the "Mandatory" inspection. Although it was inconvenient, I was glad to know they were looking for any signs of water damage, fire safety issues, or possible leaks. Not to mention a filter change. It is apartment living. I'm sure you will find something about permission to enter or inspections if you look it over.

I???m just trying to make sure that other people don???t have to live in that cockroach infested building. I also want to warm people about the lack of professionalism that JPI employees have.. which by the way you are making very easy when you post remarks calling me a cockroach??? ATTENTION potential renters??? this is what the management company does when you complain??? they call you names IN PUBLIC??? RENTERS BEWARE! JPI is not the company you want managing the place you live!
