I have never felt so disrespected and violated by a management company in an apartment complex than I have at Sherwood Crossing. The management when we move in last summer was exceptional compared to JPI. It seems more and more like no one that works at the leasing office is informed on any of the daily operations, they have no answers for my questions and generally, don't give 2 _____s about what you, the resident, have to say. Too many details to put into this tiny box to explain how horrified I am by the parking, lack of courtesy and attitudes I've come across since we've been living here. I will never recommend this place to anyone in the future unless the management changes or current managment learns how the job is done and starts kissing asses of their residents
