-High crime, get accustomed to notes on your door advising of burglaries and that police are investigating. 3 motorcycles stolen just in my small area based on what my neighbor who had one stolen said.
-Parking spaces too tight to exit your vehicle. You will end up with dings all over your vehicle. If you arrive after 5pm you will need to park far away.
-If moving in during the summer check the grounds for ant hills. You will see they are everywhere and the ants will end up in your apartment along with many other insects. Hit or miss on asking for maintenance to spray.
-Do not honor their late maintenance agreement. I had one staffer acknowledge they saw my email requesting maintenance which they were a month late on and I would get a large credit. Never saw anything.
-Staffers are rude, enough said.
-Extremely overpriced
-Check what they charge for move-out maintenance when you are thinking of moving in. You'd be amazed at what minor items must cost them. I caused no damage and received a few dollars sec. deposit refund in the mail as an insult. A light cover fell from the ceiling on my head and I was charged for that.
-PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE REGARDLESS OF WHO IS MANAGING IT. THINK TWICE AND ASK AROUND BEFORE SIGNING INTO A YEAR OF BEING UNCOMFORTABLE AND FRUSTRATED.

Second on this one! When my husband moved from one apartment to another, he was charged for a broken microwave, but it was merely unplugged!
