Been living here for more then a year. Bozzuto was a great management company and is what clinched the decision to move into sherwood. Midway through the management company changes to JPI. Since then our rent bill has been incorrect for the total of 4 times in a row. When asked why this keeps happening. The wonderful staff says, its corporates fault not mine. Not to mention when asked to fix the problem, they won't help you until you harrass them for about half an hour. They continuosly lose packages IN THEIR OWN CLOSET. I went to pick up a package and they said they don't have it. I take a look for myself and wa la there it is sitting on the ground. Not even an apology. Overall very rude staff that is not very helpful. I would think twice about moving in, cause I am moving out.

JPI is a chop shop. They come in and hire low income workers, they cut office hours, they cut the maintenance staff to like 1 guy and they wonder why everything is getting worse there. They also tried to jack up my rent at the end of the year from $1100 to $1260 which is way over priced for this place. It???s a shame that the owners chose such a shotty operator like JPI to manage this place. The Bozzuto people were at least polite and easy to deal with. The JPI people treat you with no respect!

They dont hire "low income" workers... Sherwood crossing has the best office hours you will find at any community... Open 7 days a week; Mon - Sat 10 - 6 and Sun 1-6... Most places are not open on Sundays... As for Maintenance there is a full staff... Ive seen at least 5 different guys aorund the property. I have had a pleasant time here at Sherwood crossing so far with no problems...

I would have to agree with the rude and unwelcoming management staff and the lost package issue. As far as their office hours--there have been several times I've rushed home from work, like this evening to make it to the office before it closes to pick up a package. Not only was there a sign saying they were closing early but they could also not find my package. The man said it was never logged in. After coming home and several phone calls later, it turns out my package was delivered at 10:44a.m and signed for. This is not a package I can afford to lose. It is dissapointing that someone is so careless with others property especially when that is their JOB! Other than those issues, I haven't had too many other issues with Sherwood Crossing.
