Though 'Tennis Courts' is one of the Amenities promised to the Tenants, JPI management has stopped maintenance of the two Courts available after they have taken over the management of Sherwood Crossing Apartments. The result is the lights for the Courts have not been functioning since last Spring. Only one Court has a Net to play but this Court also is not maintained well. The Staff provides an evasive or rude response whenever enquired about the Courts which were maintained by all the previous managements.
Is there any Legal action we can take against the Management'

Someone needs to find out who the actual owner of this property is and start a signature campaign to remove JPI. I lived there for one year when the place was managed by Buzzuto and absolutly loved the place. I've never seen a property deteriorate so fast as this one has under JPI.

I agree with Roger. I have been living here for eight years. I have never seen so many issues with the management. Inspite of multiple reminders by many tenants, the management has not repaired the Tennis Courts. Tennis Court with lights was the major incentive for me,my child and some of my friends to stay in Sherwood all these years.

I am living there for almost three years, and I loved Buzzuto. But tghis new management sucks. They are liars and play the game of passing the buck. They don't care for residents, who by the way are their customers. But no one think on the JPI side like that. Because the way they speak, seems that once you have signed the lease you are entangled in their net and you are helpless and at their mercy. Also they have raised rent by more than $100, without thinking that these are old customers.

I am making this a personal mission to find the owner of this property. The maintenance disasters and rent billing discrepencies that I have had to live through since JPI took over this property is horrendous. They advertise these apartments as "luxury living"! They need to advertise this property as Section 8 housing. I work for a lawyer and will seek her assistance in getting a signature campaign started.I don't believe there is anything written in the lease that would prevent us from doing this. Something seriously has to be done here. Airport security screeners have better customer service attitudes compared to this staff.

The tennis courts were actually going through an approval process to be refinished. It takes time to get a vendor approved and was just done so a few weeks ago.
