I've lived here for more than 2 years and can't wait to get out! JPI associates are rude, poorly educated, and lazy. They post flyers that wont include dates or other important information!!! My AC broke and it took them 5 DAYS to repair because it was a holiday weekend, my 2 year old and I had to withstand the 90 degree summer days. The windows leak AC and Heat. The water fauset thumps if its not full stream. My rent gets messed up. The lifeguard at the pool stays inside the poolhouse on the phone. The trash overflows and smells throughout the neiborhood. The parkig spots are tiny. Everytime I interact with the staff they are so rude I ask to talk to the management to get the same attitude.

This place is awful and anyone that says it isn't must have the worst standards.

I currently live here too and can't wait to leave. Everything posted above is true, especially about the staff being rude and unwilling to help. The upper management, Katrina and Russell, are the worse of the bunch. Expect to schedule appointments if you ever want to speak with them, even if it's for five minutes. Apparently, their time is too valuable and are always busy! Their job is to interact with residents, yet they fail at that. Why are these people even employed here?

I cant believe the responses that I have read on this site - I currently live at Sherwood Crossing and I am so pleased with the apartment, the mgmt staff and especially the Maintenance staff. Everyone has been courteous and although I have had to call for maintenance a few times ALL of my concerns have been addressed within 24 hour window. The property is clean and quiet. Instead of complaining GO BUY A HOUSE!!!!
