When I first moved to Sherwood, I really liked it a lot. The staff was very nice and friendly. The maintenace staff were so sweet and helpful. However, everthing changes when JPI moved in :( The MOST horrible thing is the mainteance people. They can't be more rude and nasty. I reported the rude incidents but nothing was being done and they kept sending the same rude person to my apartment. I don't even want to call for maintenace and I should not live in fear like that. Also, if you're thinking of moving into building #6877...DON'T!!! I actually do love the view and all. HOWEVER, the ventilation in the bathroom is awful! It has constantly smell of smoke. I have 2 bedrooms and both are like that. If your neighbors are cooking...you will sure know what they're having for dinner! The apartment people said they can't do anything because all the ventilations are connected. That's actually one of the reasons why I'm moving out. It's horrible. I thought I will be able to take it but I was wrong. I don't know about the other buildings but mine is horrible. Other than that, it is a nice community to live in if you can get past a couple rude staff and constantly smoke smell :)

I currently live in a different building in the complex and haven't had any problems with smells. The maintainence has been very friendly and helpful. However the office staff is extremely rude.

Hello Am thinking if we should move into this apartment community, as its close by to work place. Could someone tell me about the safety, parking, approx utility bills ( water, sewer - for 933 sq ft and 1000 sq ft units ), insulation ( good / bad ? ) and how much approx would be the electricity bill per month? Do the gym equipments really work and are maintenance issues addressed on time? Appreciating your help. Thanks.
