This Place Is Proving To Not Treat Everyone The Same. You Can't Even Talk to the Operations Manager.These People Don't Care About Nothing But Their Pay.I Still Live Here.But If You Leave And Don't Finish Your Lease you Are not Allowed Back on Property.Or You Will Be Arrested.But They Are Going To let Certain People Live Here And Get Away With Things.If One Person Does Something Thats Right Its Wrong To Them But If Someone Else Does The Same Thing Thats Ok.For The Money You Pay Here Its Not Worth It.Oh And By The Way The Maintence Don't Want To Do Nothing.But You Better beleive Their Quick To Evict People. I Have Seen So Many Evictions Here Its Unreal. But Yet They Won't Talk To you When You Have A Problem With Someone. And Yes It Has Went Down Hill Since JPI Took Over. My Brother Used To Work And Live Here And He Said The Same Thing. He Still Works For The company That Used To Own This. He Had To Come Over One day And Help Them Out. So What The Hell Does That Tell Ya. Anybody Can Go To The Rental Office And Complain On Someone. And All You Need Is Three Times. Do You Think These People Bother To Investigate' Hell No Their Afraid They Might Have To Do A little Work. They Also Don't Have No Porters I Have Never Lived In An Apartment Complex That Didn't Have Porters. The Maintence Told Me I Have To Call The Office For That. I Shouldn't Have To Call The Office To Get My Building Clean. So You Talking About A Nightmare Join The Club. Thanks Everyone For Taking The Time Out To Read This.
