I think that the managment should aleast in back in touch with the tentants ask to see them and address the isuses that they have. I think that instead of putting a notice on the door of tentants they should talk to them frist and if there are other tentant that just want to complain they should address the other tentants problems we have had another tentant complain because we where walking across the floor but the managment just don't care all they want is our money.The way I see it is that the managment has their favorites I think what is good for one should be good for all people that live here. I agree that it was a waste of money to fix up the tennis court. Now getting back to what I was saying the preson that complained on us has been making more noise and playing music so loud we could hear it through the floors and I think that is a little to loud or they need to fix the floors one. The parking lot holds water and has holes all in it why don't they spend money on fixing the parking lots first and then the tennis court.I think that they are getting a kick back from the Alignment Shops. Ever since we moved in here we have had bird ---- in the halls and stairways. the maintance is about the worse I have ever seen you can not get them to fix a damn thing around here we tried to get a new knob for the washer and dryer room about a month or month and 1\2 and still have not seen it yet. I really think that before they try and rent these appartments they should go in and make sure that everything works like it suppose to. The A/C did not work when we moved in and it ran up our power bill but did the sorry managment offer to pay part of the power bill hell no you can never get maintance when you really need them. I called them one night and told them that the float in the toilet was broken and they ask me if we could wait to the next morning and I ask them where we where suppose to go ---- and piss in a corner. And about a hour or two he fianlly came to fix it. I also thank it is a rip off for them to charge $30.00 more a month for these ragged out so called carport they do not protect your cars. If I was a owner of a really nice car they would have to do something so my car would not get messed up I would be afraid to park a bicycle under those so called carports I would be afriad that it might fall on it.
