First of all, the only people that write reviews on these sites are the people who have had bad experiences. They want their voices heard. I have lived here for 8 months, and I haven't really had any problems. It's not a dump, not close. The grounds look great, the apartments look great, and there is also regularly scheduled inspections and maintenance in the apartments/grounds. The office staff are very helpful and honest. There is plenty enough parking, only you might not be able to park right in front of your apartment. Not to mention that the apartment complex is right in the middle of Baltimore, DC, Columbia, Ellicott City, and Glen Burnie. Really, it's a good place to live, and fair pricing. The maintenance staff has always been able to help me in a reasonable amount of time. You can even pay rent online with a credit card if you need to. The only thing I notice is that there are a lot of different ethnicities - white, black, Spanish, Indian, etc. , so nobody really talks to each other. There's young, old, single, married, families, roomates. There's not really a sense of community - but what do you expect, it's an apartment complex' Either way, this place is one of the best places around the Elkridge area to live. It reminds me of a Columbia area, but it's alot cheaper. I would recommend anybody to live here.

These apartments are NOT cheaper then Columbia apartments...to be honest,they seem a little steep considering the area.
