have lived here for many years, it used to be good until the new management took over.Be careful with the new guys, because they can be very rude with a lot of attitude. Also they will charge residents big time, even for the minutest error. They also charge us for errors they committ and never willing to admit it. Just hate em..Have had many many bad experiences.

If it is so bad then why do you still live there? There are tons of other apartments in the Columbia/Elkridge area.

According to your data, you just moved in this year. The management are friendly, polite and professional. I have yet to encounter a single one that didn't have a smile on his or her face.
