Terrible Leasing Agents

Well to start we've been dealing with bugs of some sort since October. We had bed bugs, roaches, etc. Took them MONTHS to get rid of them and now I have to buy a new bed/box spring so I don't carry any bugs to my next place.
When you call the leasing office 1/2 the time they aren't open or don't answer. Good luck trying to get a response form the Manager. I didn't hear back from him on our bed bug situation for weeks until I went to HIS manager. As for the leasing agents - its very clear that they are annoyed with you. The only thing I want to say sometimes is "Can you pretend to give a sh..t' Just pretend you care!!" However, they now have 2 new people there who are fantastic. Very friendly. The others, don't care.
Parking sucks depending on where your building is. I've had to park 2 or 3 courts away from my building when I get home late at night. Most of the parking lots of filled with those wanna-be garage things that they want $30 a month for. There seem to be more of those then parking spaces.
I will say that maintance is great - it might take them a few days, but they get everything done right the first time. Maitance is VERY friendly, very helpful. One time they came to fix the dryer and just went a head and replaced our burnt out bulb for us (the leasing office said it was our responsiblity but we never got around to it).
Trash bins are far and scarce. The closest one isn't really within walking distance. I think its silly I have to drive my trash to the bin. They seem to be taking some of them out too - which is even more silly.
All in All - we pay 1350 to have to park far away, have bugs and ------ leasing agents. Save your $$$!!!!!

Can you give me an idea of which building that you live in? I was planning on moving into the community in August and would like to know if this is an isolate situation (isolated building) or a community problem. thanks

Building 6775 has the bed bugs. I didn't get my deposit back due to one stain on the carpet. They won't just replace one room - the carpets are cut to fit the apt. I lost $600! Be aware of that if/when you move out...

I live on a ground apartment and have had no issue with bugs. It's likely confined to one building. I've also had no trouble with management, nor leasing agents. As for parking, you may have to park far away when you get home at midnight, but at least there is parking! Plenty of area apartments don't have any available parking that time of night. Also, the trash isn't in walking distance but it's on the way out of the complex and at least you don't have to complain about the smell.
