My goodness, isn't it amazing that everytime there is a negative comment made, an anonymous positive one follows (that sneaky management staff..I smell a rat)
When your inquiring about the apartments, they (management) make it seem like paradise. Be prepared for the lies, but only after the lease has been signed. I was told "These apartments are firewalled, you can't hear any noise" BOY was that a lie! The noises consist of the pitter patter of small dogs playing upstairs, the lovely sounds of your neighbors' bowel movements at 5:00 am, or better yet the sounds of a parent beating their child. Noise, noise and more noise. BEWARE!!!! You'll need more then sheep to get a goodnight sleep here. Between the poor structure of the buildings, poopy landminds everywhere, chidren peeing in your hallway, odd smells that magically appear, and no parking. Would you want to live here' I know I don't and will warn everyone. The worst is the draw of being a pet-friendly establishment. How friendly could a place be when a neighbor purchased a dog from someone on the maintenence staff to deter any further neglect or abuse. The dog had been chained to a door for so long that the chain has caused a deep slice across the dogs neck. That does not sound like the act of an animal rights activist.
