Windsor at Pine Ridge

i beg to differ.. great place!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/28/2003 Years at this apartment: 1990 - 2003   My name is Pam. I am 17 years old now. My family and I moved in the summer of 1990 when I was only 5 years old. I have lived in Pine Ridge ever since. Thats 12 years!! Growing up here was great. There were always new kids to play and grow up with. The pool was always fun! Thats where I learned to swim! This location is great, and senery is wonderful! Management is the best though! growing up I would always go in and they would offer me candy and on my birthdays I would go in and get candy and balloons to help celibrate my big day!! and when your in those years that really count.. that was the best thing! The matanace staff! Chuck is my buddie, and eddie is new.. still debating on him. but then again eddie did go out of his way to make sure I had paper towels to clean my car windows with. so I guess that makes him cool ;) I would deffinetly recommened Pine Ridge to people who are trying to raise a family or just was a nice family community to live in. The people here are great! even the mail man is cool! but trying to get the dumpster is sometimes hard, but thats because you always see your neighbors and stop to chat for a while. Even durring the bad weather mishapps weve had in the past, they send out flyers to help everyone prepare. POOL PARTIES!! they are awesome with a live DJ, food and swimming! did I mention the BBQ and limbo! yeeess!! I could just go on and on about all the great childhood memories I have and I couldnt stress it to you enough that this is the best place to have been raised! (they just added in a basketball hoop too!) There is never any vandalism here either! not even in all 12 years I have lived here! Now, I would just like to comment on one thing. I had read a comment that someone else had written and disagree with parts of it. If you read what this person wrote, you can tell they are just a grinch no mater what. this person said that we (the kids of the nieghborhood) are illiterate and disfunctional. for me to write this really makes me disfunctional huh' Heres a quote that he/she wrote in their review: " I was told before I moved it you cant heard anything." i didnt edit that sentence at all. Funnie huh' Heres another quote: "BEWARE!!!!! If you like noisey, rude, illiterate,disfunctional children come to Windsor..... ITS WORTH It. (SARCASM)" Here want to read their whole thing' Its under "DO NOIT LIVE HERE" dated on 3/10/2003. Take a look. That person must have just been having a bad day when they wrote that. But thats okay because we (the childern) are forgiving and understanding. If this Person would have gotten to know us he/she would know that were not as bad as he/she think. you just dont like kids,that must be it. Comming from a teenager who grew up in pine ridge, honestly this is a great place. I'll even do this. If you want to ask me any questions about this community I'll leave my email address.
