Otherwise be wary in making the decision to rent at Windor at Pine Ridge. My apartment was a maintenance nightmare with failing appliances, drafts, disgusting carpeting, and mold. For a number of reasons I had little choice, so I can only blame myself - but at least my stay was brief. It also helped that the staff was courteous and helpful. The maintenance staff was also responsive in fixing broken appliances, but the sidewalks were covered in ice for much of the winter. While many tenents are nice there are a few seriously weird people living in the complex. If you have a nice car, budget a couple of thousand dollars to repair dents and scratches from the parking lot. I knew I was in trouble when moving in - I watched someone walk past me carrying a box, slam it into my mirror, then go on about their business without even glancing at me. One last warning - if you have a choice, look at the apartment you are going to rent, not the model apartment.
