I have lived at Pine Ridge for one year. I had a good experience. The staff is friendly and helpful.I rarely heard my neighbors (except one time when they were playing music loudly). The pool is REALLY nice and it's never crowded. Lots of time, there are many teenagers hanging around in the hallways which was annoying. Oh yeah, and things broke easily in the apartment, but the maintenance crew always took care of it within 24-48 hours. Overall, pretty good experience
