Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2001
I recently moved out of Windsor at Pine Ridge. AFter 5 years, the complex was still OK, but not heading in a good direction. Too many children. I like kids, but at Windsor the apartments are small, and there is NOWHERE for the poor kids to go, and nothing for them to do.
Too many dogs, and too many dog owners who don't clean up after them, made for some really unpleasant scenes around the outside.
