Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002

Parking is a problem if you get home after 6PM. People are allowed to park in fire lanes and by dumpsters. Lots of short term people, so you never really know your neighbors. Security seems OK. Appliances are old; have had several partial flooding occurences. Pets are allowed; dog waste is a problem. Office staff is very nice and helpful. Pool is very nice. Great location.
