On their phone message, the apartments list all their amenities and make it seem like an upscale place. However, the kitchen and bathroom floors are old and worn and so stained they never look clean. Although they have rules about people cleaning up after dogs, it seems a lot of residents don't comply and you have to watch where you step in the grass. The cleaning of the apartment before move-in was minimal and the painting job may has well not have been done. There are obvious places on the walls where pictures were hung from the last tenant. The refrigerator looked as if it had not been touched, but then, that could be simply because it is old. The microwave is also worn out. The maintenance staff does make repairs immediately and that is one of the saving graces of the apartment complex. The leasing staff are very nice, but after you have leased an apartment, you are non-existent it seems. The rent seems high for such an "average" apartment. No balconies, vaulted ceilings or other advantage exists that I can see to classify this apartment as a luxury apartment.
