Cheap infrastructure, fiber glass bathtubs, thin walls, exeedingly creaky floors, some unleveling under the carpet also. Very small layout, our 2br/2bth is 841 sq ft. Not much furniture configurations in living room/dining room. Eating at the bar is uncomfortable.
Some reason apartment always has an odor when we come home. Febreeze does not work. Bathroom sometimes have a foul odor for no apparent reason. (We are thinking this has to do with neighbors).
Management is actually good, they are prompt and friendly. The office staff is very helpful and has great customer service. They have actually become strict on pet owners to clean up after their pets.
Great Pool!
Tennis Court is okay but not lighted, not allowed by management after dark.
Volley ball court is separated from traffic by brushes and trees.
Very small playground and is mediocre.
Rockburn Elementary picks up children nearby children and high school bus picks up kids outside community which is still close.
Lots of kids and families out during spring and summertime.
Parking is not as bad as people say it is. It is quite Ample. Just don't expect parking infront of your building 100% of the time.
Experienced minor flooding recently since apartment above flooded their washer and dryer. This happened while we were out. Managament cleaned up our apartment and left us a note and followed up the next day.
Neighbors are friendly, Community is a revolving door of tenants moving out, new tenants and moving vans.
They are no resources in community but only 10 minutes or less from from Arundel Mills Outlet Mall. Very close to Baltimore, I-95, 10 to 15 Min. to Columbia, lots of surrounding resources.
I would not recommend this property unless I knew you would mind the inconveniences. The Managament make it a little more pleasant though.
