I have lived at Pine Ridge Apartments for over a year and wish that someone had warned me before I signed my lease. About two weeks after signing, another tenant that I happen to work with was moving because of the multiple problems that he had encountered and the total lack of concern from management. It didn't take long to understand what he meant.
The floors creek so LOUDLY with every step that it wakes my toddler and the people below say they can hear everywhere we walk. We are average weight people.
Every appliance has some sort of issue that never gets fully taken care of.
Every window is damaged in some way (does not open, does not stay open or is actually falling apart).
Mold and water damage can be found all over, especially the ceilings and windows.
We had to move from a ground floor to a top floor apartment (an entirely different building), because of the above neighbors, just to keep our sanity. It didn't help much considering everything else.
I have lived in various apartments for at least 15 years and have never disliked where I lived and the management that runs it so much. Yes, we will be moving as soon as possible. I will try to pass this website out to other residence.
