The apartment features and amenities are mediocre, but you get what you pay for, and as far as price, it's not the most expensive around. It's too bad the staff is equally as contemptible. During my apartment searching, I visited the Windsor office three times within 2 weeks because the unit I originally signed for was no longer available, or my paperwork was lost... did I mention they ran my credit check twice because they lost it' Each time I asked questions, I received completely different answers, depending on who was working. During my time there, I quickly grew tired of my requests for maintenance or noise control being ignored or mishandled. The facilities and appliances are old so required repairs. This is understandable, but instead of fixing it right the first time or just replacing items, they would do second-rate repairs, resulting in repetivite problems. Finally, when my lease ended, they refused to return my deposit stating that I was charged damages. After repeatedly asking to see a list of damages, I saw that I was charged for everything from missing ice trays (which were never there to begin with) to a dirty fireplace (which was never used since my sofa sat in front of it)! Do not put up with them!!!

Wow! How in the world can they charge for a dirty fireplace?? I have heard from past tenants that the management charges for anything possible to hold back the security deposit!
