We recently moved out of the Windsor at Pine Ridge complex after living there for 2 years.
While residents we experienced the typical treatment from the professional and caring staff. My favorite experience involved a major plumbing issue causing three floors of apartments to incure a large amount of water damage. Of course, the staff responded quickly, and the problem was resolved a mere 4 hours later.
Additionally, when we moved out a check was mailed to use with our remaining security deposit. There was no list of charges, or damanges. When we called the office were informed that we had been charged $375.00 for cleaning fee. We found this odd as we had hired a company to clean the apartment.
The office staff seems unaware of Maryland law, and refuse to follow their own policies. If you enjoy loud music, excess dog poop in your front lawn, and appliances that stop working at random times then I recommend you speaking to leasing professionals.
