Orchard Club Apartments 57% Recommended Apr 27 2008: I have been a resident for almost a year. I have encountered many issues to date. Management comes in apartment at least once per month to inspect. There is absolutely no noise control between the apartments. We can hear EVERYTHING that goes on above us! And the parents allow their children to roam around outside unsupervised.
