Samantha Collins, the younger lady in the office has major 'tude over the slightest inquiries. The older lady, Maryanne, is alright, as long as you don't have any complicated requests. We lived in a 3-bdrm. unit, which they conveniently failed to mention was RIGHT next to the high-speed Amtrak train tracks. They were literally 50 ft. from our front door. In the middle of the night, cargo trains with hundreds of units would stop and adjust their load, etc. Needless to say, the ear plugs I slept with every night just didn't cut it. We had an unfortunate incident regarding our dog. We told them when we moved in we had a certain breed of dog and they later told us the dog wasn't allowed and threatened to have us evicted. After much drama and threats of lawsuits on our end, they relented and agreed to let the dog stay till the lease ended.
The main draw for the apt. was that the 3 bdrm. had 3 baths. The apt's also have their own washer/dryers. Parking sucks and if you come home after 9 p.m., you're screwed. As far as we saw, there was only one maintanance man who seemed to be stretched very thin. Also, Delaware residents living there run the risk of a $300 ticket b/c the MD state police go through the neighborhood, looking for people who haven't registered their cars in the state of MD. If you must live there, be sure to check before you move in that your apt. won't be next to the railroad tracks.

The Maryland State Police are not allowed to go through the neighborhood to watch who has their cars tagged in whatever state. It is PRIVATE PROPERTY! They stopped doing this about 5 years ago. It is obviously NOT a problem because if you drive through Iron Ridge and Stonegate there are more out of state tags than there is Maryland.

There still is an issue with out of state tags -- at least as recently as May 2005. I received a ticket on my car, which was licensed which has Pennsylvania tags from the Maryland State Police and was forced to pay some ridiculous fee to obtain an out-of-state non-resident permit for our cars.
