We lived at iron Ridge just for 6 months due to a job transfer. We found the apartment very clean when we moved in and the management very thorough and responsive. When we complained that the water wasn't hot enough, they installed a new water heater. We loved the gas fireplace. We had 3 or 4 state and local police as neighbors so there was never any problem with crime. The Amtrak trains run by at high speed - not too noisy but you get used to them.

-I'm curious if there are units further away from the train tracks that are quiter ? Where I live now it is off of Rt i in DE, but if your unit faces away from the road it is very quiet.
