We have had several problems wih maintenance our apartment had some body that beat it to death prior to us living here our carpet should have been replaced it has so much dirt in the under carpet it just works its way back up every time we shampoo.

The biggest problem is they do not tell the tenants that where ever there is a stair well the downstairs apartment is hard wired to bill to that tenant for electricity. We found out that there is two people we know for sure that receive $18.00 a month credit for it. We have no idea or way of knowing if something is hard wired into our apartment. I wonder howmany people are living in the apartment by the stair well paying for the light in stairs that there is no switch to burining 24 hours a day not receiving the that credit because they were not told about it' OUr friend told us that he was here a while before he found out and the other people he told got over a year reimbursement. It is the apartment to the right of the stairs facing the railing.

Parking is at its worst there is so many college kids in here and they all have cars in some 3 bedrooms there is like 6 kids sharing. so six cars and their friends it should have some limit or tag the spaces and then the ramainder spots should be guests and the tenants 3rd 4th 5th and 6th cars. The handicap spots are always occupied by these cars and since they do not have signs up nothing legally can be done.

the biggest problem here is noise from trains we can not sleep with windows open in summer it is too loud.

manangement is not friendly seems like your putting her out and she really can not be bothered with you.

Kitchen is smaller than bathroom no cabinet space and no linen closets. kitchen is like 3 foot walk way then they stuck washer and dryer in the end of it!

Iron Ridge has one of the highest occupancy ratings in the area. If this resident is so unhappy they only need to add their name to the rerent list and the management staff would be more than happy to rerent their apartment and release them from their lease. The residents at this community are awesome and we do not need any negative people living here.
