this apt. complex is a very loud complex at nite, there is one tennant that lives in the front of the complex that causees trouble all the time, she screams to herself all hours of the nite, the police are there all the time, she has been seen laying in the parking lot throwing a temper tandrum like a 5 year old child, i know that the rental office knows about this woman and her mental problems, but yet they do not warn this woman about disturbing other tennants, i have just renewed my lease with evergreen terrace for another year, big mistake on my end!!, until this problem is fixed evergreen terrace will lose alot more tennants, you think that the property manager would step in and tell Miss Sherman that she is disturbing the peace and causeing tennants to move, it has disgusted me so bad that i may be forced to break my lease and move someplace else................anonymous and frustrated tennant : (

This women is harmless!! If you have ever talked to her you would know that she is a very sweet woman. Yes, she is outside alot but i have never heard her late at nite. she always waves and says hi to everyone thats outside as well. I dont beleive that she is the reason that people are moving from here. If she bothers you bad enough to move than i hope you bought a house away from everybody else because living in apartments there will be other people outside and people making noise. It just comes along with renting.
