I lived in Glen Creek for a year and was overall pretty pleased. The apartments are pretty new so things rarely went wrong. I lived in the back by the pond so the ducks and frogs were very annoying. The walls are pretty thin, so you will hear just about everything. Because residency is based on income, some of the neighbors were a little sketchy. When I was ready to move out, they knocked me in the head with charges. $50 to clean the top of the fridge! The manager there is one on the rudest, unpleasant, unprofessional people I have ever met. But the leasing officer, Maryann, is awesome!
