The office staff constantly has a poor attitude and often do not return phone calls. Very unprofessional. One staff member walked away from me in mid sentence! The neighbor blared music until 5 AM and had loud, screaming arguments almost every day. Although three residents and myself reported this family to the office and even the police, the office refused to evict them. The office staff is rude, careless, and a pain to deal with.

I will never move back to Glen Creek, or recommend it to anyone.
