I wish I had at least one thing positive to say about Glen Creek, but I don't.

At least once a week, I would wake up in the middle of the night to our downstairs neighbors arguing or blaring rap music. We complained many times to the management and were told to write a written complaint, which we did...many, many times. Nothing changed. This did not stop until their lease was up and they moved.

Our new downstairs neighbors were heavy smokers. The cigarette smell flooded our living room...disgusting.

Trash piled up in the dumpster. Sometimes trash bags would be left outside of the dumpster, and animals would open the bags at night. It was not unusual to wake up to a parking lot full of scattered trash.

The management is a joke. The women in the office need to take a course in ettiquette.

Forget going to the gym, unless you enjoy dirty equipment and used condoms. The office constantly changes the passcode without notification, very inconvenient.

During my year of living in Glen Creek, over 10 strangers came to my door past midnight. We also found a drunk teenager passed out on our "porch".

As someone else reviewed, children play in the dumpster area and run in front of cars while the parents stand silently feet away.

During the move in, the leasing manager very quickly walked through and made a list of everything wrong with the place...two things, all electrical. While actually moving in later that day, we noticed many cosmetic problems, such as a huge Kool-Aid (') stain on the carpet and a badly cracked light fixture. We called the leasing office and was told it would be amended. When we left, we recieved a whopping $300 bill, for everything from the stain and broken fixture, to a
dusty bathroom towel rack that cost $15 to clean.

Good luck to anyone who decides to move here.
