At first, the Meadows was a quiet, calm place to live, until the most recent Manager took office. Shelli is rude, obnoxious, and forgets to write up maintenance reports. 24 hour maintenance' So they advertise. They leave a pager number, but don't expect a call back. You don't get your money's worth, and the apartments are not well maintained. Case Edwards, Inc. needs to get their act together and put some money into some much needed parking lot maintenance. They also allow people to run businesses out of their apartments, so it looks like a commercial lot. Some of the buildings were built in low lying areas, so if it rains a lot, it smells like sewer and the smell creeps into some of the apartments. I can not wait until my lease is up.
