I have just signed on for my second year. And although mny rent went up, which of course i am not that happy about. The meadows has still been the best place that i have ever stayed at. The rent is cheaper than delaware and i feel safer too.

As for the staff, The maintanence is pretty good on the whole sometimes they come out same day some times i have to wait a day. Office staff have always been good to me, kind and pleasant. Olivia puts herself out to help out and steven has always answered my questions and even helped in the middle of the night when my power breakers broke. Its the little things that matter and looking back perhaps thats why i renewed my lease.

I read some of these other posts and sometimes i feel i live in a different place. Sure the playground needs updating but my apartment/the staff couldn't be any better. I would recommend, and would advise people to check it out for yourselves.
