I don't understand how people could not like it here. Looking at other apartment complexes in the area, this one is top notch. It's not your typical ugly brick building with druggies all over the place. It only had eight apartments to a building, four on each side. There's outside balconies, grassy areas everywhere, and convienient trash dumpsters to put garbage in. I live in a two bedroom two bath second floor apartment with a fire place. It's gorgeous. I'm not a fan of the kitchen cabinets, but they serve their purpose. The pool is absolutely amazing. Their pet policy is one of the most lenient in the region. The apartments are located down a quiet country road. You feel so far away from the noisy suburbs even though you're within ten minutes of Elkton, Newark, Bear and Glasgow. They are convienient to I-95 and Rt. 40. If you can afford this place, it is so worth it. My neighbors are extremely pleasant, just like the office staff. I don't know why anyone wouldn't feel safe here. They have community volleyball games and pool parties. It helps bring the complex together. Don't listen to the bitter people, they make no sense to me. The only gripe I have is the Section 8 apartments nearby. Sometimes you can find those people roaming our streets. For the most part though, this place is amazing. I'm proud to have people over my place.
