our apartment had mold in the walls. when we moved out, we found it behind our daughters dresser. no way she could have gotten back there or spilled anything back there. it was also on the window sills. when i asked what to do about the excess water in the sills, i was told to sop it up with a paper towel. our carpet was stained by previous tenants and after we moved, we noticed our place was rerented within a month. no way they could have gotten it all fixed that fast! our kids had ear infections and were sick all the time there.
