I have lived at Pine HIll for 4 years now and we are so unhappy there. It has really gone down hill since we moved in. The manager is never there and you can never get a hold of anyone there. They have been moving in a lot of shady people. I can watch drugs being dealt and being done all the time 24/7! Plus there is a huge ugly loud building built right next to it that makes it sound and smell like we live next to a truck stop/airport. Only good thing is its cheap but not so much anymore. If it wasn't for a few personal set backs we would have moved out this year because we are just so disgusted!
