	I have lived at Pine Hill for 2 yrs and plan on staying for at least another. I love my apartment, cute and good price, I could go to Newark and get the same thing for $200 more a month ... more

	Noisy truck station next door, cops there all of the time (drug dealers, too), managers lie... NOT safe, NOT peaceful, NOT quiet. Don't let the low price fool you!
