Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
This place is okay. It is overpriced. Parking is terrible. Very quiet. Don't try to get out of the lease for work related reasons. They will not let you out of a lease for any reason even if you have been transfered by your employer. Appliances all new. All in all it is okay.
